Q: Where is Wallflower based?
A: We are proudly Canadian owned and operate out of Toronto. 

Q: Where do you ship to? 

A: Currently, shipping is available across Canada and the US. 

Q: Where do you ship from? 

A: We ship out of Toronto. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders are shipped out same or next day. Orders within Canada typically take 5-7 business days, but this can vary due to the impact of physical distancing on Canada Post's capacity. Delivery time to the US is dependent on destination and shipping method selected. Please track your order using the tracking number provided. 

Q: Do Wallflower Masks have a nose wire?

A: Currently, our masks do not have nose wires.  Our adjustable ear pieces allow control of how high or low the mask sits on your nose.

Q: Will the mask fog up my glasses?

A: Thanks to the tailored fit of our masks, customers have had no problems with glasses fogging up. 

Q: How long can I use each mask for? 

A: All Wallflower masks are made with premium cotton fabrics and can be hand-washed and reused, as long as you take care of them. 

Q: How can I ensure the longevity of my mask? 

A: Hand-wash masks and lay flat to dry. Iron out for a crisp finish, but be sure NOT to iron elastic bands or rubber adjustment piece. 

Q: Do you offer filters? 

A: At this time we do not offer filters. All masks have the capability to hold an optional filter of your choice. 

Q: When will Wallflower Masks begin shipping to the USA and Europe?

A: We now offer shipping to the USA! Shipping to Europe to come in Summer of 2020.
